8 inch Maple Stick Shuttle is used to hold yarn to weave across your warp. This was designed with a small profile for weaving on the Lap Looms and Tapestry Looms and other small Looms. Weavers also use this because it is such a nice size. The 16 inch maple stick shuttle has a slim profile too and is used for wider frame looms and rigid heddle looms.
