Bench deal w loom - 375.00! The Schacht Mighty Wolf loom is great for people who want a 36 inch loom but do not have much space. It folds up to 18 inches deep and with the optional stroller, it can be rolled from room to room, even out onto the deck or patio. It was thoughtfully designed to be easy to weave on and sturdy. The Wolf Looms are Schacht's most popular looms, and for that matter, the most popular in the United States. Schacht built the Mighty Wolf in response to requests from weavers who liked the Baby Wolf and wanted the same loom but wider. The Mighty Wolf has a weaving width of 36 inches, and uses the same X-frame design as the Baby Wolf. The Mighty Wolf comes with a high castle that includes a handy storage tray. Available in four or eight harness models, or Four Now-Four Later*. The X-frame design is exceptionally stable and can be easily folded to a depth of 18 inches. The adjustable beater allows the position of the shuttle race to be raised or lowered if necessary. The Mighty Wolf employs a friction brake on the warp beam which lets you advance the warp smoothly. Mighty Wolf Looms are shipped with stainless steel reed in your choice of 6, 8, 10, 12, 15 or 20 dents per inch, 1,000 inserted eye heddles w/ 8 shaft or 4Now-4Later Looms, tie-ups, three lease sticks, 2 apron bars, a brass reed hook, and a loom maintenance manual. Wolf looms are made of hard maple, finely sanded and finished with a hand rubbed Danish oil. They come fully assembled. You need only to slide your loom out of the box, unfold it, and put on the apron bars, tie-up cords, reed, heddles and brake knob. *Four Now - Four Later (4N4L) is an eight harness loom shipped with only four harnesses installed, but with the capacity to add an additional four harnesses.
