BOUNTIFUL'S ROCKY MOUNTAIN PHOTO ALBUM

We have put this page up to share the incredible Rocky Mountain Scenery that abounds here. There is an incredible diversity of Wild Flowers. There are Alpine Flowers, Meadow Flowers, Wetland Flowers and even a few cactus on the rocky slopes.

Our Mascot Bear No website would be complete without the photo of the family pet. This is our dog Bear. We adopted him from the pound. He and his 9 brothers and sisters were left beside the road in the snow at Thanksgiving and discovered and brought to the pound. They were all adopted in 2 days!
Spring Snow Storm This was taken in March 2001. It was a beautiful spring day and then in about 15 minutes time a storm blew up and caught the deer in the meadow by surprise. They were bewildered and all ran up into our Rock Garden before retiring into the rocks to ride out the storm. Just one example of Springtime in the Rockies!!!!!
Locoweed and Stonecrop An incredible display of Lambert's Locoweed and Stonecrop. There was one hillside nearby that was completely covered with Lambert's Locoweed. It was gorgeous!!!
Prickly Pear Cactus It was exquisite!!!! We are blessed with an incredible diversity of flowers- from meadow flowers to wetland flowers to alpine flowers and even a few cactus on the rocky hillsides.
