The Louet Victoria Beech Spinning Wheel has Scotch tension: single belt, flyer drive with an adjustable bobbin brake to regulate the tension on the yarn that you are spinning. The flyer fits into the rear bearing magnetically. The standard ratios are higher than those of the first generation, which makes it easier to spin very fine yarns. When using the highspeed set the ratio increases even further. Victoria is available in a lacquered beech (S95) and a lacquered oak version (S96). The double treadle Victoria wheel folds down to 5 ½ in. x 14 ¼ in. x 21 ¾ in. It includes a lazy kate with two extra bobbins (3 total included).

The Art Yarn Flyer has 7/8ths inch orifice. It fits on the S10, S15, S17, S51, S70, S71, S75, S76, S77 wheels with "Irish Tension" (Bobbin-Lead tension). The Bulky Bobbin is recommended for use with this flyer.
Scotch Tension Louet wheels do not allow for use of the Art Yarn Flyer, with the exception of the Victoria when you purchase the Victoria Art Yarn Head. This converts the Victoria to Irish Tension/Bobbin Lead, which allows it to use the Art Yarn Flyer and Bulky Bobbins.
