Schacht-Reeves Saxony Spinning Wheels designed in conjunction with Rick and Marge Reeves. Schacht Reeves Saxony wheels are available in 24 in. and 30 in sizes, in Cherry in both single and double treadle models.
REEVES 24 in. CHERRY SAXONY WHEEL- This beautiful wheel has a large flyer and bobbin. The wheel axle rides in steel roller bearings and the flyer on leather bearings. No distaff. Orifice height: 25 1/2 in. Ratios are approx. 12:1 and 15:1 & 16:1 and 20:1 Wheel has a hand rubbed danish oil finish and comes with 3 bobbins, lazykate, threading hook and 2 whorls.
